- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, combine chicken, vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and milk.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Notes
- You can use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- For a thicker sauce, reduce the amount of chicken broth.
