Description
Crispy chicken goujons are tender strips of chicken coated in breadcrumbs and fried until golden.
Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, cut into strips
- 100g breadcrumbs
- 50g flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.
- Coat each strip in flour, then dip in beaten eggs.
- Cover the strips in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the goujons until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.

- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
