- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Shape the coated chicken into football shapes.
- Place the chicken footballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
