A delicious chicken cobbler topped with Red Lobster-style biscuits.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix biscuit mix, cheese, and milk until combined.
- Spoon the biscuit mixture over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Notes
- Use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
- Feel free to add more vegetables.
- Serve hot for best flavor.
