A fresh and crunchy chicken apple salad wrap that’s perfect for lunch.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 apple, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced apple, chopped celery, and walnuts.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
- Place a portion of the chicken apple salad on each lettuce leaf.
- Wrap the lettuce around the filling and secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
