Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots (about 32 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Arrange the tater tots evenly over the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

  • Substitute leftover turkey for chicken if desired.
