A hearty chicken and tater tot casserole that’s easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bag frozen tater tots (about 32 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange the tater tots evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Substitute leftover turkey for chicken if desired.
- Add more vegetables for extra nutrition.
- Use any kind of cheese you prefer.
