Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add shredded chicken, chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  4. In a bowl, mix biscuit mix with water until a dough forms.
  5. Scoop spoonfuls of the dough into the simmering mixture.
  6. Add frozen mixed vegetables.
  7. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until the dumplings are cooked through.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
