Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add shredded chicken, chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- In a bowl, mix biscuit mix with water until a dough forms.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the dough into the simmering mixture.
- Add frozen mixed vegetables.
- Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until the dumplings are cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
