Description
A refreshing cheesecake salad made with Cool Whip.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 oz Cool Whip
- 1 can (15 oz) fruit cocktail, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Fold in the Cool Whip until combined.
- Add the fruit cocktail, mini marshmallows, and nuts (if using).
- Mix gently until all ingredients are combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use any fruit cocktail of your choice.
- For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese.
- This salad can be made a day ahead.
