Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into small squares.
  4. Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners of the dough over the cheese and pinch to seal.
  6. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  7. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the knots.
  8. Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
