- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a ball shape.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables.
