- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, walnuts, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a ball shape.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from the fridge and roll in additional chopped walnuts if desired.
- Serve with crackers or veggies.
Notes
- Let the cheese ball sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
