Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of milk
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of mustard powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour and stir for 1 minute.
- Gradually add milk and stir until thickened.
- Add cheddar cheese and mustard powder, stirring until melted.
- Combine the cheese sauce with the steamed cauliflower.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder.
- Top with breadcrumbs before baking for a crunchy texture.
