Ingredients

  • 8 corn tortillas

  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak with olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
