Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine jerk seasoning, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less jerk seasoning.
- Serve with rice and beans for a complete meal.
- Marinate overnight for deeper flavor.
