Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Shape into balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate, then return to the baking sheet.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the chocolate-covered balls.
- Let them cool until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
