A rich and creamy lobster mac and cheese inspired by the Capital Grille.
Ingredients

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well.
- Gradually add cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
- Add cooked macaroni and lobster meat to the cheese sauce. Mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
