Easy and quick meals for camping trips.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rice
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over the camp stove.
  2. Add rice and toast for 2 minutes.
  3. Add water and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in beans and taco seasoning.
  6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Top with shredded cheese before serving.
