Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring continuously until thickened.
  5. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Add Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Mix in the cooked macaroni and lobster meat.
  8. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until bubbly.

Notes
