Instructions
- Start by bringing a pot of water to a simmer.
- In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the melted butter.
- Place lobster tails in the simmering water for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer lobster tails to the butter mixture and poach for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove lobster tails and serve with parsley garnish.
