Instructions
- Boil the lobster tail for 8-10 minutes until cooked.
- Remove the meat from the shell and chop it into pieces.
- Season the lobster meat with mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the beef patty to your desired doneness.
- Toast the brioche bun in butter until golden brown.
- Assemble the burger by placing the patty on the bottom bun, followed by the lobster mixture.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve.
