Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add warm water and oil, and knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Roll the dough into thin circles.
- Fry each circle until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- Adjust the thickness of the dough to your preference.
