- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Gel food coloring (various colors)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg, vanilla, and almond extracts to the butter mixture.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface and cut into bunny shapes.
- Place cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cookies cool completely.
- For royal icing, whisk egg whites and lemon juice, then gradually add powdered sugar.
- Divide icing into bowls and color with gel food coloring.
- Decorate cooled cookies with the royal icing.
