Instructions

  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and shortening in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
  7. Return to the baking sheet and let cool until set.
