Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons shortening
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and shortening in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
- Return to the baking sheet and let cool until set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Try using dark chocolate for a different flavor.
