Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar gradually and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate, covering completely.
- Return dipped balls to the baking sheet and let cool until chocolate hardens.

- Store in an airtight container.
