Ingredients

  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar gradually and mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate, covering completely.
  7. Return dipped balls to the baking sheet and let cool until chocolate hardens.
