- 1 cup crushed pretzels
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add crushed pretzels and stir until combined.
- Form mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the chocolate, covering completely.
- Return to the baking sheet and refrigerate until chocolate sets.
