Description
Buckeyes are chocolate-covered peanut butter balls that resemble the nut of the buckeye tree.
Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar gradually and mix until combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil together.
- Dip each ball into the chocolate mixture, leaving the top exposed.
- Place the dipped balls back on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Use a toothpick for easier dipping.
