Description

Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, stirring until combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball into the chocolate, leaving a small portion exposed.
- Return to the baking sheet and let the chocolate set.

- Store in the refrigerator for best results.
- Use smooth or chunky peanut butter based on preference.
- Adjust chocolate coating thickness as desired.
