Instructions

- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate, leaving a small portion of the peanut butter visible on top.
- Return the dipped balls to the baking sheet and refrigerate until chocolate is set.
