Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 package of croissants
  • 1 lb cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 jar salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cheese, bell peppers, onions, and bacon to the egg mixture.
  4. Cut the croissants in half and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the eggs are set.
  7. Serve with salsa on the side.
