A delicious combination of brownie and peanut butter flavors, these brownie buckeyes are a perfect treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of butter, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups of chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and butter until creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and brown sugar, mix well.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
- Spread the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave.
- Dip each square into the melted chocolate.
- Allow chocolate to set before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- For a different flavor, try adding nuts.
- These can be made ahead of time.
