A delicious combination of brownie and peanut butter flavors, these brownie buckeyes are a perfect treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of butter, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cups of chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and butter until creamy.
  3. Add powdered sugar and brown sugar, mix well.
  4. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
  5. Spread the batter into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  7. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
  8. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave.
  9. Dip each square into the melted chocolate.
  10. Allow chocolate to set before serving.
