Delicious broiled lobster tails with a buttery garlic sauce.

- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your broiler.
- Prepare the lobster tails by cutting them in half lengthwise.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Add minced garlic and lemon juice to the butter; stir well.
- Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the lobster tails under the broiler for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley.
