A simple and delicious broiled lobster tail recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your broiler.
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell down the center.
- Carefully pull the lobster meat out and place it on top of the shell.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Broil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcook the lobster.
- Adjust seasoning as desired.
