Description

A simple and delicious broiled lobster tail recipe.


Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your broiler.
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell down the center.
  3. Carefully pull the lobster meat out and place it on top of the shell.
  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
  6. Broil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.
