Ingredients

- 2 live lobsters (1.5 lbs each)
- Salt (1/4 cup)
- Water (enough to fill a large pot)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and add salt.
- Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
- Carefully add the lobsters to the pot.
- Cover the pot and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the lobsters and place them in a bowl.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
- Serve the lobsters with melted butter on the side.
