A delicious spread for your football gathering cooked on a Blackstone griddle.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 8 burger buns
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle.
- Season chicken wings with salt and pepper.
- Cook wings on the griddle for about 20-25 minutes, flipping occasionally.
- In a bowl, mix coleslaw, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- During the last 5 minutes, brush wings with barbecue sauce.
- Remove wings and let them rest.
- Serve wings on buns with coleslaw on top.

- Adjust cooking time based on wing size.
- Feel free to use your favorite barbecue sauce.
- Coleslaw can be made ahead of time.
