Ingredients

  • 2 cups coleslaw mix

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 8 burger buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle.
  2. Season chicken wings with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook wings on the griddle for about 20-25 minutes, flipping occasionally.
  4. In a bowl, mix coleslaw, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. During the last 5 minutes, brush wings with barbecue sauce.
  6. Remove wings and let them rest.
  7. Serve wings on buns with coleslaw on top.
