Delicious cookies filled with blackberry sage jam.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup blackberry sage jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour and salt to the mixture.
- Form small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet.
- Make an indention in the center of each ball.
- Fill each indention with blackberry sage jam.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute other fruit jams if desired.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes for better handling.
