Instructions

  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, and bay leaf.
  5. Cook for another 30 minutes or until peas are tender.
  6. Remove bay leaf before serving.
