- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the cooked black eyed peas.
- Add breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
