Description
A creamy and healthy dip made from black-eyed peas.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked black-eyed peas
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Instructions
- Combine black-eyed peas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and salt in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- If the mixture is too thick, add water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve with pita bread or vegetables.
