Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- In another bowl, combine milk, eggs, and oil.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Fold in the black eyed peas.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
