A rich and flavorful lobster stock base for soups and sauces.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons Better Than Bouillon Lobster Base
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add water and Better Than Bouillon Lobster Base.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
- Add bay leaf and thyme.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Strain the stock if desired before using.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- This base can enhance seafood dishes.
