- 2 cups lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle boil.
- Add lobster meat, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm over pasta or seafood.
