Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup red food coloring
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Fresh strawberries for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs, milk, and vanilla to the butter mixture. Mix well.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
- Add red food coloring and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased bento box.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the cooled cake.
- Decorate with fresh strawberries.
Notes
- Store the cake in the refrigerator if not consumed immediately.
- Use organic food coloring for a natural option.
- Feel free to add other fruits as decoration.
