Ingredients

- 200g beef strips
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup bok choy
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add beef strips and cook until browned.
- Pour in beef broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
- Add sliced carrots and bok choy, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cook the ramen noodles separately according to package instructions.
- Drain noodles and divide into bowls.
- Pour the beef broth and vegetables over the noodles.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- You can add more vegetables if desired.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
