Ingredients

  • 200g beef strips
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup bok choy
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add beef strips and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in beef broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
  5. Add sliced carrots and bok choy, simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Cook the ramen noodles separately according to package instructions.
  7. Drain noodles and divide into bowls.
  8. Pour the beef broth and vegetables over the noodles.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions.
