Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef (flank steak or sirloin)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Slice the beef into thin strips against the grain.
- Mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Add the beef strips to the marinade and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat your dehydrator or oven to 160°F (70°C).
- Remove beef from marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
- Arrange beef strips in a single layer in the dehydrator or on a baking sheet.
- Dehydrate for 6-8 hours until dry and chewy.
- Let cool and store in an airtight container.
