A delightful dessert to celebrate Valentine’s Day with bananas.

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of crushed nuts
- 2 tablespoons of sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel and slice the bananas in half lengthwise.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl.
- Dip each banana half into the chocolate mixture.
- Sprinkle crushed nuts and sprinkles on top.
- Place the bananas on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until chocolate is set.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Try adding a drizzle of caramel for extra sweetness.
