Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the lobster tails down the middle, without cutting all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, scallions, melted butter, cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the lobster tails with the mixture.
- Place the stuffed lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
- Serve hot.
