- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully cut the top of the lobster shell and pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Serve with extra melted butter if desired.
