- 2 live Asian lobsters
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Prepare lobsters by placing them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Boil a large pot of water and cook lobsters for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove lobsters and cool them under cold water.
- Extract the meat from the claws and tail.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar, stirring until combined.
- Add lobster meat to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
