  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, grated

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare lobsters by placing them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  2. Boil a large pot of water and cook lobsters for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Remove lobsters and cool them under cold water.
  4. Extract the meat from the claws and tail.
  5. In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  6. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar, stirring until combined.
  7. Add lobster meat to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
