Ingredients
- Chicken wings – 2 lbs
- Soy sauce – 1/2 cup
- Honey – 1/4 cup
- Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- Ginger – 1 inch, grated
- Sesame oil – 2 tbsp
- Green onions – 1/4 cup, chopped
- Rice – 2 cups
- Vegetables (bell pepper, carrots) – 2 cups, chopped
- Spring rolls – 10 pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Add chicken wings to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Place chicken wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes.
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Sauté vegetables in a pan until tender.
- Fry or bake spring rolls according to package instructions.
- Garnish chicken wings with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding chili flakes to the marinade.
- Serve with dipping sauce for spring rolls.
