Description
A classic ambrosia salad made with fruit and coconut.
Ingredients

- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sour cream and mini marshmallows.
- Add the shredded coconut, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, diced apples, and chopped walnuts.
- Mix gently until all ingredients are coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Can be made a day ahead.
- Adjust fruits according to your preference.
- Use unsweetened coconut for less sweetness.
