Description

A classic ambrosia salad made with fruit and coconut.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream and mini marshmallows.
  2. Add the shredded coconut, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, diced apples, and chopped walnuts.
  3. Mix gently until all ingredients are coated.
